Title: Progressive 412 shock bushings Post by: mellowyellow#7933 on May 14, 2024, 04:40:54 AM Mine are shot. According to Progressive I need part # 30-5008 (set of 4 bushings) problem is they are unavailable from any supplier in Canada & Progressive wont ship by mail & can't give me Fedex shipping cost without ordering! I estimated on Fedex website to be around $75 U.S. plus brokerage :2funny:
All U.S. suppliers show either out of stock or unavailable, shipping around $35. Anyone ever change them with any other brand/homemade solution? Don't want to mortgage the house for a $20 part! Works for my stock Honda and my progressive shocks. Inside diameter is perfect. Just shave a little off the outside and press them in. I've never had to replace a set that I made yet. One set has over 80000 miles on them.
