Title: Went for a Ride Today and got a nice compliment from another biker. Post by: valk2128 on March 22, 2009, 01:23:54 PM Beautiful day in Atlanta, GA, so I went for a little ride. As I was cruising around a bike pulled out abiut 1/4 mile up the road. About 2 lights later we were in the lanes next to each other waiting on a red light. The guy was driving a nice looking Black Yahama V Star 1300 Tourer. He looked over at me on the Valkyire and said "I always wanted one of those". That made me feel so good, I just love the Valkyrie. It is so nice that other bikers also appreciate our Valkyries.

I live in a predominately Harley area. I saw one guy with his girl pull up to the light at the intersection. I didn't hear her question, but I can infer from his answer what she asked,,,, he yelled ..."THAT'S A VALKYRIE !"..... I'll let you figure out why he had to yell his answer for the girl on the backseat loudly enough I could plainly hear it 75 feet away !! This bike never ceases to please me! 8)
