Is there an automotive equivalent for the Honda Valkyrie radiator cap? TIA

There have been those who have tried to replace them but leakage seemed to be a problem. I don't know of anyone who posted that they had found one that worked. Like anything else, if you look hard and long, chances are you might find one, and then maybe not.  :'(

Is the rubber seal worn out?

If not, pinch the 2 locking tabs just a smidge and see if it will seal again.

I've done that to mine about 3 times now.  And it has a ton of miles on it...  Bike is a 97 and it is still the original w/over 200K on it.

Another thing that can help with leaking is to make sure the openning is still level. The mouth is made of soft metal and can get bent a little if your not careful. It happened to me when I bent the tabs a touch. I used a small block of wood and fine sand paper to fix mine. Just be sure to tuck something in the openning like a paper towel to keep filings out. wrap sand paper around block and run it across top slowly. You will see any gaps you may have and can correct them  :) Mine hasn't leak since.   8)
