Title: Starter switch HELP! Post by: Houdini on April 29, 2014, 05:02:01 PM OK gang, I believe that my starter switch is acting up on my standard, ie, it won't start. I followed the instructions here;

My cables run up through the housing so dropping it without removing cables appears to be impossible. Am I missing something? A derr moment maybe? Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Post by: Red Diamond on April 29, 2014, 07:06:56 PM On a Standard you can drop the bottom of the switch housing to get to the starter button, but on the I/S the cables come into the housing from the bottom.
I would think that you have an Interstate housing on your Standard. You can still get to the button, but is a little harder with the cables attached. Be patient, you can do it without removing the cables. Title: Re: Starter switch HELP!
