Hubcap posted this on the Main board. Thought someone here might be interested.

I got it.  :cooldude:

Now I just need to decide what I'm going to do with it (along with picking it up now).

My IS exhaust isn't in too great of shape. Piggies cut. I broke all but one bolt trying to get the shrouds off, one head rounded. Will need to take a grinder too it.

So what to do?
1) Put the std/tourer exhaust on the IS and leave it
2) Swap the better chrome to my IS and fix my piggies (already have the piggy plates from MarkT. Have already done icandoitfaster's bike with him)
3) Or cut the piggies off the std/t exhaust, and mount the piggy plates onto it, making it into an IS exhaust

So you're the one who out bid me! I really had no need for them so didn't bid very much. I have new IS take-off exhaust on my standard. Nice and quiet!

baldo also wrote me, don't know how he knew it was me, I had only told Paul icandoitfaster, seems he was the one who bid $101.99

Now I'm planning on driving down next weekend with the trailer and picking it up. Will drop by Deerslayers in Maryville and drop off the foot pegs.

note June 19
picked them up yesterday, had to wait for the marathon to pass for the street to reopen to the Goodwill. Cleaned them up today. I figure these pipes a removed from a brand new bike, zero miles. I almost feel they are brand new, but on removing some bolts, there seems a little soot on them, no discoloration on the pipes yet.

Broke 2 studs and about 6 other came out of the heads.

Probably found out from me. There was a discussion on the General Board wondering who had won the bid and Baldo hoped a member of our board got them. I let them know that it was you who won the bid.

I don't always read the general forum, just too much to keep track of. No issues, I was just surprised.
