Title: February FFR Post by: Whistler on February 17, 2018, 05:05:49 PM An interest has been made by several for a February ride :cooldude:, were about out of time. And there is some interest in a Sunday ride, as well. I personally don't do Sunday rides as I attend church, when I'm not forced to work. But this group has always been about trying to accommodate everyone if possible. So the February Friends, Food, and Riding will be at Council Grove at the Hays House @ Noon. It will be either Saturday or Sunday, majority rules. Tell us if you are coming and what day you want it. Friday I will announce which day it will be. Hope to see everyone, it's been a long winter.
John Title: Re: February FFR Post by: Whistler on February 22, 2018, 08:42:08 AM Okay folks, as I am sitting here looking at the ice covered roadways I'm thinking of calling off the ride this weekend. While the temperature is suppose to come up the moisture is continuing. I think the roads are going to be a bit of a mess with all the ice and sand that is being put down. Kevin and I are the only one who mentioned we could come Saturday. Joe and Gene, possibly, Sunday. We could cage it, if you want. But, I'm inclined to cancel and look at March. What say ye?
