Hi guys.  Do you know how the Backwoods BBQ place is, or could you recommend any good ones that are within 2 to 3 hours of nice riding from Leesburg?

One of the rides we on doing is the sugarloaf mountain ride from Orlando, then go around the west side of Lake Eustis on rt 44, then ride up north on rt 19.  I was hoping that somebody could recommend a route to take back down.

I am getting excited now that April is just about here and I can start to think about putting the heated gear away

Cheesy :coolsmiley:getting
Thanks,
Rich

Rich

I have not been to Backwoods BBQ but I have been to Oakwood Smokehouse BBQ awhile back and the ribs were great.
There are three of them which might work for you depending on your route, Leesburg, Eustis and Clermont.
I was a the Leesburg one and it was really good.

Sugarloaf mountain ride is nice as long as there is no bicycle event happening which usually takes place on Saturdays.

I could offer a route suggestion back from Leesburg but will need to know where you will be heading back to.

We are staying in Orlando.  Vistana Centre Dr, Orlando, FL 32821, USA

I could send the route that we are taking if anybody wanted to up load it into tripplanner.honda.com to actually see it.

Thanks a lot!

The Backwoods Smokehouse that I know of is located at the intersection of CR 310 & CR 315 in Interlachen, Fl. 32148. It is just north of Lake Ocklawaha.
