I know... as a future engineer, I question the wisdom in having a "load bearing" pallet holding up a shelf that large... I wonder if the guy who did that is also the guy who decides how to stack all that inventory? might be his own doin. . .

That wreck was on the news this morning, they said that it was a liquor warehouse, they said that there was $150,000 worth of alcohol ruined.
I agree, if the forklift operator gets fired, the person that made the racks should get fired also.
