I installed Jersey's SignalBoss on my 99 Valkyrie Tourer and it works so well...I feel the hardest part is trying to get use to having Auto Cancel of the Turn Signals...I am very happy and proud to have one installed on my Fat Lady...Easy to Install and Jersey was very helpful when I needed any advise...Thanks Jersey...!!! I Highly recommend contacting him....!!!

Hey,

I've been getting a bunch of inquiries about my Autocancel device "SignalBoss" and thought I'd pass along an update.

The SignalBoss has been a 2+year effort based exclusively on testing and actual use by fellow VRCC members. (THANKS!!!)
This has truly been a grassroots effort to improve the safety of this fantastic bike.  After a lot of house issues with broken pipes and water damage, I've finally gotten time to build a supply of units for those who are interested.

The SIGNALBOSS offers the following for I/S, Stand, Tour:

-Autocancel (Configurable as you ride)
-Hazard (4-way) Flashing
-Escort (Alternating quick flashing)
-KEY OFF Operation of both Hazard/Escort Flashing
-Supports both INCANDESCENT and LED lights without any additional resistors required
-Plug-n-Play (No cutting or splicing of wires)
-30 minutes to install
-$100 (includes shipping to 48 U.S.)

If interested, PM me or email: ggatinc@gmail.com

It is as simple to install as Jersey says, as all you do is open a few connectors in the harness, and plug the cables from the controller between them. Then, you open the switch assembly to make the switch auto-center, either with springs or foam blocks (both provided). The hardest part is fitting it inside the headlamp bucket, if you have other stuff installed in there, like the headlamp SmartSwitch, or a HID lamp.

If it has to go in the headlight bucket then I'm out. Too much in their now!

Sometimes the Headlight shell gets too fill, but success has been found using a Honda Large Wire Loom Cover: Just put some of the connectors inside this loom outside the shell and you'll have plenty of room to install.

I've ordered a few and will provide them if needed with the Stand/Tour version.

Absolutely.  I actually developed it first for my I/S and then for the Stand/Tour models.

The best safety device you can add to your bike.
I played around with different "signal on" times and after about 2 days of experimenting...6 seconds seemed to be the best IMHO, as longer times seemed to put me too far down the road sending out the wrong message with my signal light still on.
The signal "on" time resets to your chosen setting if you tap the brakes.. or.. stays on if you hold the brake lever or put the bike in neutral...So if you approach an intersection at some distance, you can Easily Extend Signal "On" Time by Tapping Your Brake Pedal !!
The install did take extra time...because I "waterproofed and zip-tied" the added wire bundles inside good quality freezer bags(facing down) as the extra wire bundles no longer entirely fit inside the OEM wire loom covers.
All around...this is a well thought out quality product.  cooldude cooldude

This thread has become a violation of the Rules of the Road.  That is to say it's turned into advertising for sales.  I messaged out of courtesy the developer but received no response.
