You may not care for these green/cream examples.
I've painted mine with 2 different schemes.
I decided to cover a larger area with the cream because it is highly relective at night by car lights and more visible by daylight too, more so then the green. I also have a number of photo shop ideas I concocted that I can post tomorrow. They have to be sized and uploaded to p-bucket first.
These first 2 are actual finished schemes. The cream cheeky one was the first and the all upper cream is it's current rendition.
The inside of the fairing is the stock green.

Best thing is to just sketch some ideas of your own. If your bike is still in stock configuration it's best to keep it simple and not to far out of character of it's current state. Your own design will mean more to you.
I came up with about 12 ideas and was still uncertain right up to the time of actually spraying the first color coat. It was a difficult decision but I'm comfortable with it now.

This scheme gives the illusion of a smaller odd shaped fairing from a distance.
It causes many H.D. riders to kink their necks when we pass. A what the hell was that kinda thing.  Cheesy

Just go ahead and paint the bike the fastest of two tone colors. Black and Chrome.  Evil
