Years ago a guy mounted an IS fairing and used his Standard/Tourer gauges, not sure how he mounted them but it worked out pretty well. I think his name was Walt or something like that, had a yellow and black bumblebee.

I believe this can work, but you may have to move your existing gauges out/up a bit.  Spacers?
