Am I low on Blinker fluid?

My left blinkers front, back & my Rivco mirrors all blink as they should.
Right rear does not blink but my tail light & tag light blink.
Right front & mirror blink very very dim and my speedo light blinks dimly. 
Everything has been working great since I hooked up my Rivco mirrors 7 months ago.
Flasher, relay, something got grounded??? Any idea's

Definitely sounds low on the blinker fluid to me. Make sure that you only use the approved Dot 7.5 or else you could seize the motor.

Maybe more like not grounded.
I would get out a digital tester and check the circuit, make sure grounds are only grounds and 12 volts are only 12 volts.
If these are incandescent lights, not LEDs, I would check the light filaments to make sure they are not touching each other inside the glass. I would also check the turn signal switch to make sure it is functioning properly.
Do the mirrors have there own ground or grounded through the mount.?    

Are all the bulbs good?

Ground.  

Pull stock bulbs first and check for blown filament or corroded contacts.  Check that.  Just scrape /sand the sockets and put in two new bulbs (1156 and 1157).

Since your left works fine, it's probably not the blinker fluid.  I'd rotate the air in the tires because you wear the left side more than the right and that confuses the blinkers.

Fluid is cheap. Flush twice then refill to recommended level.
Or.. Check contacts and grounds as mentioned.

I changed out the bulbs. Didnt help.
The Mirrors have their own ground. There are 3 wires coming out.
I did spray some electrical contact cleaner into the switch housing. I did notice that all the led's on the mirrors were working and seemed brighter. Looks like I will be tearing apart and cleaning my handlebar switch housing.

  To trouble shoot , get a long 14ga wire with two clips (alligator) and hook one to battery ground . A good known engine ground will also work. Do not use anything in the fork area. Then , hook to the offending light . You may have to remove a lense and go to the bulb base. If the lights start working , then you are in the right area. Just be sure not to hit a hot lead. I use this testing method a lot.

Can you please explain in a little more detail on using the jumper wire to trouble search.
If the bulb lights up what is this telling me? Bad ground?
If nothing happens Whats that mean? circuit good?

I do have a volt meter. Don't know how to use it.  What number do I set the dial on? Then touch the probes to the socket contacts? I'm I looking looking for a 12 volt reading?

With the jumper you are providing a known good ground. If bulb functions as it should with test lead attached, you have verified a poor ground issue.
Meter use, look for setting with parallel lines, one solid one dash sequence.
