Hey Centex Boy's  , I know it's a short notice but how about a Brunch Ride up to Blanco Saturday Morning and a short ride afterwards before it gets hot .... We can meet up somewhere on 281 North , maybe at 281 North and Hwy. 46 around 9:00 - 9:30 am .... I need to talk to you all because I might be moving up to Park City Utah either in July or August .... Hope to see all my Centex Friends , Thanks the Geezer   crazy2

Park City, Utah?  (said as per "New Yawk *City*???")

Sorry I've been dark for so long.  Lotta catchin' up to do.  Didn't make the final GOTF, for which I'll be kickin' myself for a long time :-(.  Glad to have made the ones I did.

Biggest news other than just surviving long enough to claim senior discounts at restaurants would have to be successfully modifying and using the Harbor Freight motorcycle tire changer successfully to put new rubber on my VTX.  Hint: you *really* want to buy the Mojoblocks and Mojotool, especially if you're going to try to use a manual tire changer on a cruiser rear wheel.  The longer version of that story will have to wait for an in-person encounter, preferably over cold beer.

Lemme check with River and see if I can get a kitchen pass for Saturday, but I'm pretty sure I can make the ride.  The Rune and I both need a bit of wind therapy.  Only possible hitch in the git-along is Memorial Day weekend traffic...  The stupid is strong, and I've not been on a recreational ride in many moons because of it.

I'll check with Saint (Hank) and see if he can get free.  Wife says I'm golden, so let's firm up the place/time for the initial meet-up.  No problem with the proposed general location and time.

Starting to look forward to this...

Hey Centex Boy's , how about we meet up on the corner of Hwy 281 North and Hwy 46 at that pharmacy parking lot where the Exon Gas Station used to be between 9:00 - 9:30 am .... I think it's a CVS Pharmacy now I think , but right there at the intersection  .... See ya Sat. Morning and Ride Safe

How about I meet y'all on the square -- or which ever restaurant -- in Blanco?  I can't be there until 10:30 or so.

Plenty of good Brunch type places in Blanco...the Bowling Alley Cafe, the Bean and Biscuit, the Chess Club Cafe, or Hacienda el Charro.  The Red Bud Cafe opens at 10:30 AM and the Old 300 BBQ opens at 11:00AM.

Hey Charlie , that's fine we'll meet you at the Town Square and wait for you until you get there  .... I'm having problems with my Old Battery and parking on that sloped parking will help me get my bike in case it don't want to start ..... See ya soon , Ride Safe   cooldude
