We ate breakfast at Shoney's this morning and left Knoxville around 10:00ish with 8 bikes headed for Lexington, TN.
We stopped off first at Ozone Falls for a brief viewing of a majestic waterfalls.
We rode state highways, interstates, drug pegs on Calf Killer highway, and traversed 50 miles of the Natchez Trace Parkway. We had a great lunch at the Loveless Cafe at the start of the Trace.
We rode a total of around 350 miles today on outstanding roads in great weather. We are now at the Econo Lodge in Lexington, TN and the party has started.
The plan tomorrow is to visit Shiloh, Corinth Mississippi, and Nathan Bedford Forrest state park. We are having a good time and looking forward to tomorrow's ride and weather. It looks like right now we have 15-20 bikes in the parking lot with more to arrive in the morning. Will post more tomorrow evening.
