I have a clearview stock size windshield with the vent on my 99 Interstate, but I am wanting something with more air flow for these 100 degree South Texas days. I am 5’3” but want to ask others who have experience with the shorter sport windshield as far as buffeting and air flow. My trunk has been removed and I am running the tourer sissy bar with my stock IS seat.

It would seem the stock height Clearview may be too tall for you at 5'3" (even with the vent).  I'm 5'9", and my Interstate Clearviews (no vents) are stock 15.5" on one with a Bigboy seat, and one inch under stock 14.5" on a Lowboy (and those are optimal for me).

Optimal shield height is at your nose while sitting comfortably, neither at attention nor slouched.

Helmet type can also help, if you're not married to a full face for safety (not that there's anything wrong with that).

At 100, I'm in a car or my house with the AC on.

Sorry, I edited my post for clarification. I know the stock height windshield is too tall for me and I will be cutting it down to the proper height. My question is about the shorter sport windshield that clearview sells for more air flow.

Have you tried to find a set of Baker air wings.

I have installed a shorter [than stock] version of the Clearview windshield with the center vent and love it.  My primary goal was to look above and not through the windshield especially in heavy rain.  In addition, less drag, more air flow for my passenger/wife, and less buffeting due to heaver materials and the vent.

I'm 5'10", 190 lbs

Highly recommend.
