So I tore the bike down this winter for a well deserved and needed paint job.
Since it was apart longer than expected I opted to do a full maintenance on the machine. Plugs, Oil, Timing Belt, Brakes, etc..
Put it all back together last night and she looks amazing.
Unfortunately.
she only LOOKS.
I have no spark to any of the plugs. Nothing changed in that system other than the timing belts.
Any suggestions are much appreciated.

When you repainted, did you paint the frame? As in, painted over the ground connections near the coils?

Negative Tins only. The color actually works well with the black frame. The only wires I took off were the tail end wires. All of the lights function as they should.

Does the battery have a full charge? Try jumping to your car. IF it starts the bike battery as become too weak to energize the ignition even if it turns the motor over.

I should have stated. The battery is fully charged, and I have a jumper charger on it anyway. So if it were down, it would be more than enough. But we are at 100%

Any chance you might have disrupted, disconnected, moved, damaged the IPG's (Ignition Pulse Generators) while replacing the timing belts?

Absolutely a chance of that. Is there a way to test them?

Did you have the center plastic cover off (between the side covers)? May have de-located the tilt switch or remounted it upside down (common).

I very well may have done that. This is the first time I have changed the timing belts. I will have it open shortly Have a quick honey do chore and then I will be at it. Do you know of any photos I can follow? Or is there a way to test them?

Just disconnected the fender. I am thinking that I screwed up the spark generators personally. I am going to open it up and have a look.

Sorry, don't know how to check them exactly...if you have the Honda Service Manual it will provide the info on how to check them....believe it is pretty much the last thing to check in a series of tests when no spark is available. It’s not the battery/tool box that he is referring to. but the “center cover” . It is the one you put your key in to unlock the seat. If you had your bike painted, I’m sure you would have had this painted also. It seems to be very common to put the “tipover” switch in upside down.

So my initial thought unfortunately was correct. When I re-installed the top pulse generator I did so inverted.  Took it apart and re-positioned it as it should have been and she fired right up. Thank you to you all for your help . For future generations. YES, the Pulse generator will fit either direction on the mounts. and No, it will not create spark upside down.

I did not. HOWEVER I do have to open it back up again because one of my valve adjustments must not have been tight. I will take photos of how they are setup when I get in there later today.
