Took a ride last night, and noticed some feeling through the handlebars, like a rumble. I also noticed some ticking when the front brakes were applied. Jacked up the bike this morning, and the front wheel definitely rumbles when spun. I think it's time for bearings. I went to the Partzilla site. It looks like they only have 1 in stock, when looked up by the Honda number. They have another Honda part that's also a 6204UU, so I should be able to use that, right? If they're both a 6204UU, they both should have seals and be the exact same dimensionally.  This is the one for the Valk:  https://www.partzilla.com/product/honda/91052-MZ2-A21

This is the other one:  https://www.partzilla.com/product/honda/96150-62040-10

Thanks for any thoughts.

I saw that before from the Shoptalk link. It does pretty much clarify that a 6204 is a 6204. As for the last thought on the bearing section, I wish I could go to my local bearing house. Sadly, they've all dried up around here.

Partzilla will automatically ship the newer replacement parts even if you order the older superseded part.

Find a local bearing house. The 6204 number will get you the right bearings and cheaper.

I wish there was one around here. The last one I knew of closed down a few years back, and an internet search came up dry.

Oil Burner, I suggest you buy two sets get the rear bearings too if you do not have a local bearing supply house. I change bearings at each 3rd new tire. Bearings are cheap insurance IMO. Some folks carry new bearings with them on long trips. I might suggest carrying a changed out set that feel fine verses tossing them? I know a guy here locally that throws in new bearings at each tire change. But then again he does his own work and we have a few good supply houses close by.

I've bought 6204 bearings at both NAPA and Pep Boys.  It's a very common bearing.  Just make sure to get a 6204-2RS.  The 2RS designates rubber seals on both sides.
