2015 Honda Valkyrie bad clutch 750 miles

I have a 2015 Honda Valkyrie purchased February 2018 with 8 miles on it. At the present time it has 750 miles, I went to fill up with fuel today,
After shifting through first second third gear went to four gear started to accelerate and I could tell that my clutch was slipping. I must remind you that I am 65 years old and this bike has never been over 70 miles an hour. I have a 1997 Valkyrie Gl1500c  does anyone know whether there is an adjustment that can be made or should I go back to the dealer for clutch replacement? SOS I need help thanks

It could be your oil, although with 750 miles, doubtful. Has it not been ridden for a while. Part of the clutch friction plates could be swollen with oil (from sitting), the other half not so much causing slippage? It wouldn't hurt to make a trip to the dealer.  cooldude

I love to go fast, but my wallet doesn't! Maybe I should leave my wallet home!

I would get it to the dealer to get the slip on record ASAP.
There is no adjustment as such, but check the clutch lever to be sure that it is fully returning. If not check that it is assembled correctly.

cooldude Thank you for the comments and the opinions, will be taking it to the dealer Monday (06/24/18) morning!  I have checked the clutch lever, and other components that are easy accessible. Did not find any adjustments in the service manual. Never experienced anything like this on the 1997 Valkyrie.
