That part is the spacer “washer”, one of 4 that hold the tourer windshield bracket to the fork mounts. Go look at the 4 bolts you would remove if you wanted to pull your shield off - you’ll see them there.

They also look like the special washers used with the rubber insulators on the saddlebags.

The part in the bag is the Tourer windshield spacer thingy... but the part I'm looking for is a bit taller and a more square and "precise" as a part. Still head scratchn as to where on the bike I pulled it off of. Or mbe the VFR... I want to buy a handful... Oh, it may be confusing, but the part in the bag is not the same part as in the upper 2 photos.

It could be from the bolts that hold the center cover in place. A similar looking washer is used on the sides of the battery box.

So you will have a handful of spacers that you dont know where to put them? Not trying to be a wise Azz just wondering.

Looks like the spacers for mounting the Hondaline leather Valkyrie bags to the mounts. Prevents crushing the leather on the bags.

If it could be off your vfr, that opens up a whole lot more. Punch your part number in to this website. That item is used on a lot of different Honda bikes http://www.2wheelpros.com/oem-parts/honda-parts-for-road.htmlLyle.....

There great for not crushing the base material you are mounting stuff with but still solidly bolting the thing up. This batch I want to us on the plastic front fender on the VFR. - I am the perpetual tinkerer, and these collars are nice for wahtever comes up.

I see i have just confused the issue with posting of the Windshield Tourer collars in the bag. - I am not looking for those, I just posted as a comparison. I have quite a few of those handy.

As said, for the saddlebag grommets. Or, the fuel tank's front bolt grommet.
