I'm inviting anyone wanting to come watch / learn / help / heckle

Saturday July 14th 8am until ? ? ?  I will provide breakfast and will grill out burgers and offer a few sides.  We will also have little pit bikes to ride around and a grass track and a motorcross track to ride on.  Should be a good time!

It has been over 7 yrs since I last put on a wrench party.  Above is a picture of the last one removing a motor to repair a hydroloc.  So when we do wrench parties we go big.  I'm not sure if this is in the plans for this one but you never know.

If you have work you want to do to your bike or see done please post below and I will do my best to make it happen.  As of now here are a list of items that will be done.

  • flush brake/clutch fluids
  • Replace front Brake Pads
  • Rear wheel - removal
  • Final Drive - inspect, drain fluid , replace 3 o-rings,
  • Wheel dampers - Replace
  • U-joint - remove and inspect
  • Swing Arm Bearings - Inspect and replace... if needed.
  • Intake 0-rings - remove and replace
  • Synch carbs
  • Tires - Mount and balance
  • Air Filter - Recharge K&N
  • Timing Belts - inspect belt and idler pulleys
  • Coolant - drain and refill
  • Valve Stem - remove and replace
  • Gunslinger  - may show folks how to remove and install an alternator   2funny 2funny

I will add anything else that is mentioned.

Thanks and hope to see you...

Wish I hadn't missed this wrench party.  Sounds like a great time.
