I want to replace the aluminum cover that goes over the handlebars between the clamps and clamps the bar to the riser.  Number 4 in the diagram.  I want access to the bar itself to mount my GPS.  I don't want to use new risers.  Anyone have a source for a good clamp?  I only plan to use the top half.  Make sense?

When you're at the partzilla site, right click on the picture and hit "show image" or
some such to see image. Then use that URL to post the picture.

Thank Mike.  I just ordered a set for a Harley soft tale off Fleabay that look like they will work.

If the fleabay one doesn't work I have the set up you need. I took the GPS mount off from between the risers so I could easily go back to the oem clamp if you want to trade

Use the Hondaline chrome riser caps from an 1100 Shadow.

Did this with several of mine.

Alternatively, I have an aftermarket set of Magna two-piece riser clamps (square profile) which may work for your application. They're not chromed like the Hondaline accessory, though - polished raw aluminum finish.

In addition to the shadow, top clamps from a VTX1300 work as well. You only need the top part. They work with the Valk lower risers.

Chris--I saw your offer.  Thanks, but I want to keep the original.  I have the original windshield and headlamp reflector as well in case I ever want to go back to "stock," or the person to whom I sell does.
