I learned that Crazyhorse (Mac) and Smokin'joe put on a hellva ride....we starrted out from Knoxville thursday afternoon, where we met up with  about 12 others....even Razor who couldn't make the ride stopped by to say howdy.....Wimp showed up with his Mexican taxi and took us all out to eat...his van had some weird seating...Joe sat on the toliet all the way to the restaurant.. Grin

I learned that Big Al is a ladies man.. cooldude

The next morning we took off with Joe leading on a very well organized ride , right up to when we got on a road that turned out to be a driveway to some hillbillies house, you should have seen the look on their faces when 12 loaded down Valks pulled up in front of their house laugh
I learned that the Ozone Falls is not a place you want to go diving... Grin

I learned that the Natchez Trace Pkwy is a beautiful ride....

I learned about the Loveless Cafe along the ride, where all the Nashville stars go to eat....good food...long wait to get in.... Undecided

I learned that the VRCC family are funny looking.... Grin

I learned that this ride was truly a riding event, we rode from early morning to around 8 that night...it was a greart ride...probably the best I've been on in a couple of years and it wasn't over yet...

I learned that Lee was a jumper... Cheesy

I learned that by the time we had arrived in Lexington, Tn. we were now about 25 bikes strong... cooldude

I learned the next morning we were heading for Shiloh but we were going to stop in McNairy County to pay our respects to Sheriff Buford Pusser, you all remember the W
alking Tall movies...

I learned this man was shot 8 times, stabbed 7 times, fought off 6 men at once, sending 3 to jail and 3 to the hospital, destroyed 87 whiskey stills in 1965 alone, killed 2 men in self-defense and once hopped on the hood of a car, smashed athe window and subdued the man....this guy was a man's man... cooldude

On to Shiloh......I learned that Joe's Great, great grandfather was buried there and had fought for both sides in the Civil War....Joe said the south wouldn't pay him so he joined the other side to get a pay check... Grin

I learned that Joe likes his women tall, cold and half naked....it took us 3 hours to get him away from this statue.... Smiley

From there we headed to the Nathan Bedford Forrest State Park....Crazyhorse led the ride over there and it was outstanding, clear over to the otherside of Tn., after arriving and touring the museum there, we heard gun fire, only to learn down the road was a shoot competition going on with all the old civil war weapons....even tho it was getting dark we heading down to watch....what a great group of people there, they were as happy to see us as we were to see them....they let us look over their weapons and explained what they were all about.....

I learned that a 68 caliber rifle was almost as tall as LadyDraco.... Grin

I learned that Thumper can run faster then they can shoot..... Cheesy

I learned that night riding in a group is alot of fun.....and everyone had a great day... cooldude

I learned after being in this club about 10 years now I still don't know everyone, so getting to meet all the new members and some of the older ones I've never met, was outstanding...great job Mac and Joe...sorry it had to end....till next time...Highbinder

That was awesome cooldude

The memories just keep piling up.  I can't think of another group that I would rather share the wind with.
