The end of October isn't going to work for Donna and I.  We have conflicting stuff going on so we will shoot for November 3rd.  We hope that will work for everyone.  Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

I'm sure John will chime in with more specifics. But, for the last couple we've stayed at the Days Inn Chino Valley Friday & Saturday. Usually meet up for dinner Friday night, BBQ at John and Donnas Saturday about 1 (I think), then head out Sunday morning. Some of the guys in Phoenix just ride up for the day.
