I was changing my jets from 105 back to 100. Was running very rich and I noticed about a teaspoon or so of fuel on the intake valves. Only fuel on the left side valves I have replaced the float needles when I cleaned the carbs. I also had changed jets 38 slow and 105 mains. The petcock was rebuilt at the same time. Is this normal? I am worried about hydro lock (Btw I have a 99 IS with 15000 miles pigs cut, Ect mod and stock airbox and filter

Keep your petcock working correctly and debris out of your fuel tank and with new needle valves in the carbs you should be good to go for quite awhile Large....  I check the function of my petcock whenever the tank is off.
