Well we are leaving for a short stay in Germany tomorrow noon and today was our last day with the bikes.  We had another bike to use while here and Sherry and I switched to Staffan’s 1500 Drifter and he took over a friends solo set up Drifter. It was set up very retro and was cool.  We had two days of narrow tree lined country roads with almost no traffic. As you all probably know you could not smack the smile off our faces, and I was actually down to a t shirt for most of today’s ride.  This is it for riding and ride pics saving maybe another post soon with the relive application.  Sigh, going back to work after this will be extremely difficult this say the least!    Embarrassed

Jerry and Sherry, I have never been one to cheer, whistle, applaud doing the middle of a show but now is my time to thank you for sharing your amazing trip. You guys seemed to have thought this through pretty DAMM good and lived it to it's fullest. You have seen and done things there that probably a handful of travelers can tell about, and meeting new friends and the use of motorcycles especially the Orange Valk and a Drifter, now that's really cool cooldude  cooldude   cooldude  cooldude cooldude

Have a safe trip home Cry

I hope to see the both of you riding your Drifters Cool

Thank you Steve and all who have enjoyed this trip with us. Early on in the planning stages we were contacted by a High School friends wife who is a travel agent and asked if we had an agent, we told her we were planning the trip ourselves and she asked if she could show us her thoughts. We said ok but we are not normal travelers. We were in contact with Staffan for about seven month and had the stay with him and his family set, we also were in contact with Norwegian Valksters and as it worked out we stayed three nights with a Norwegian family in their home and a second location in Norway spending the evening with them and later a personal tour on their boat, then as I said Swedish family in their cottage in the back yard for one week then we think about the itinerary offered by the agent and laugh as we would basically have missed the real boat!  For Sherry and I the warmth and love from all of them will really take a long time to fully comprehend because it is overwhelming.  Bikers Rock!

Great pics Jerry, and an awesome time by the looks of it. Thanks for sharing.
It sure seems like the two of you packed a lot into the time you had.
