2018 Distinguished Gentleman Ride (DGR)

To My VRCC Family and Friends,

The 2018 Distinguished Gentleman Ride is on September 30, 2018. The starting location is at:

Houston, TX

at 10:00 am. Although this is not an official VRCC sponsored event is one of worth causes. Men's health. I through another organization have put together a team. "Texas Urals for Cancer." We are a small group that rides the quirky Ural sidecar and promotes safe riding with the highlight of having fun and comradery time with each other.

The ride itself is not long. Maybe 10 miles. But as we all know men's health issues fall below the radar. We at the "Texas Ural Rider Division and Sidecar Enthusiast" are promoting the cancer causes of Prostate, Colorectal, and PTSD. Prostate Cancer is the number one killer of men. Colorectal Cancer is number three. PTSD is the number one killer of men who are tragically involve such as combat . Many of us are veterans and know someone who is effected.

Kickstand up is at 10:00 AM. Please be our guest. I will be giving out cancer ribbons as well as some basic information concerning our sponsored cancers. The chance to meet new riders and have great fellowship as well as kick tires and tell stories is what we are offering.
