I have some snowmobile heated wires I put on the handle bars and need a little help connecting the wires to a toggle switch for Hi Low Off.   Wires are  Yellow,   blue,  green.
I'm guessing a hot wire to the center pole.
Green wire to a ground on bike.
Yellow wire for a hi or low.
Blue wire for the other hi or low.

I think you want a center-off, SPDT switch (ON-OFF-ON); you may want to search for an electronics hobbyist shop in your area. Next problem is mounting it. You may also find a rotary switch with a knob that has similar settings. Without the OFF option, they will always be on, which you don't need in hot weather, There are other switch that can provide the same three-state controls, but are harder to describe on a forum. Also, you may need the current rating of the highest power setting - got a data sheet?

I have the SPDT Sw. mounted.  I think I have it right but looking for conformation.
With a hot to the center pole. An green to ground if I have the color right,  and say Sw. thrown to that green , the current should flow through the wires to the green ground wire.  I assume the wires in the heater are nothing more than a rheostat providing a set amount of heat.

Assuming you are correct with the colors then it sounds correct.  One question is the switch rates for the amps that the heater draws and where did you pull power from if you connected to the battery then make sure you have a fuse with the correct rating as well.

Thanks, 15A fuse. Relay, heater sw., lighted guage for air comp.  ( with momentary sw. ) to shocks, lighter only used for emg. phone charger. All this not used at same time. I believe heater grips will only be used on low.

I have the switch on my IS, SPDT (on-off-on), mounted in the inner fairing, but it includes a light so I know it's on, and is wired into the accessory, so powers off/on with the ignition. VERY important if you expect to be able to restart your bike again.

Gordon , yup I forgot to say power to the relay goes through a lighted rocker SW. (Boat type) mounted on the handlebar that stays in the off position and in the other forward position it operates a relay for the fog lights.
Gordon, sorry I mispelled your name.corrected.
