looking for handlebars for my 98 standard. I would like some that turn out the grips more, some what like mini apes, but without so much rise. Any suggestions?

This link  is a database chart showing stock handlebars measurements for numerous bikes.  Search the database, then see if you can find a specific model near you to check the position feel.

I went with Wild1 10” mini apes 1.25” diameter, which I internally wired. They lifted the bars up and back towards me.
