I plan to synch my carbs over the winter to troubleshoot the cause of decel popping from one of the right three cylinders. 

Seems like a lot of expense for a tool likely to see limited use for a non-mechanic-but-mechanically-inclined Valk owner.  Does anyone in the Iowa Chapter own one?  If so, would you be willing to loan it out to a fellow member for the cost of two-way shipping?
