I smoked a spiral ham yesterday to take to Mom's today....
The ham has a rootbeer and crushed pineapple brush-on glaze.....
First attempt with this new smoker, might as well use my family as test patients !!!

Enjoyed the pictures, Deb, everyone please have a great Thanksgiving, having dinner with Claire's favorite nephew & family. New house is coming along slowly, and thanks to Orca, I will soon have a great little 03 Chevy Impala to replace the Buick!. Also, Shorty is making plans to come to the February gathering in Portland! I am truly blessed again this year, love and miss you all!
