Hey guys ya'll probably seen this a hundred times but I need a good all around shock for my bike! I figure 400 lbs. With me and my old lady together!  Its bottoms out pretty good with both us on it! Any suggestions would help! Thanks!  Also need to know what length is the stock shock?

As stated it depends what you are running, Interstate or standard/tourer.  On my tourer I installed Interstate shocks which have a slightly higher spring rate.  Works perfect for me and can be found at a reasonable price.  I do run the shock setting on 5 all of the time as I find the handling is better.

Interstate OEM shocks on my standard which is set up like a tourer. My wife and I add up to 290 or so never bottomed out with the IS ones set at three even with the trailer attached.

The stock shocks are 13". Years ago I got Works Performance shocks custom built for my needs. Ohlin might have shocks for a Valk. Try Hyper Pro to see if they have shocks. I have their springs in the front of my '05 wing. When my Valk forks wear out, I'll order Hyper Pros for the Valk too.
