Has any one seen or fab a frame fixed fairing on your valk? I ride an ST1300 as well and like the fixed fairings better.

Are you referring to a cowling instead of a fairing, a cover fixed on the frame, rather then the forks? Just like the GW.

I too liked mine apart from not being able to move the handlebars/mirrors easily when stationary.

I have in the past made my own mounts for fairings on the forks, did two bikes a royal star, and a road star. We have a Valk IS in the family for 12 years and wondered what it would be like with a frame mounted fairing. The control I feel would be better like on the ST,. I have a tourer that I would like to fab a frame fixed fairing on if the cost would not be to much, I need to see some that have been done and then go to the junk yards and look around and get some ideas on how it will set and attach.
