..

Both of these Drives are well within the range of most rally goers. There areso many more that this post could take hours to get through. So just consider this a tease!

........Great video,s George.....although I tthink the 2nd one definitely reflects the way I navigate the 119.....Ive done the entire run...over 20 miles....in 3rd and 4th gear....getting up to speeds as high as 50 mph...with Chili on the back..  Evil ..and I do think the radar detector is just a....tad over kill.......never  saw a cop on that road yet....most danger Ive seen is a healthy patch of sand in some of those super sharp curves....and small herds of deer out in some of the fields....although Ive never seen any on the road itself...

The Pierce Stocking Drive is part of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore Park. It does cost $10 for a day pass. Personally, I consider it well worth the money. The drive itself is great on a bike. Stop at the lookout for Glen Lake...stop at them all...especially the last one.  Take the walk from that last parking lot up to the dunes...just outrageously beautiful..one of my favorite views/places in the state. The entrance fee for motorcycles to Pierce Stocking Drive is only $5.00. Pam has already contacted the park and they will give us a group discount if we tell them how many bikes and what day we will visit.
(Pam has a penchant for planning events)
