Has anyone replaced the locks on the National Cycle saddlebags?  I like the bags and have used them for several years, however, the locks are junk.  I want to replace them.

Just ride in to any decent lock and key outfit and they should be able to swap locksets and a single key them.

You can purchase just the locks from National Cycle. I replaced my locks a few years ago, don't remember the cost, but I don't think it was too much. You might want to give them a call and see if they still offer the locks.
