Bikes performance tends to diminish slowly over time unless something catastrophic happens.

2 tanks with Berryman B 12 and my bike runs like the ape got scalded.  cooldude

Rolls on from 2,000 rpm in fifth like a carrier launch.

I did about 50 miles this morning on the second tank in 2nd and 3rd above 3,000 rpm.

By about 150 miles into my 200 mile day the bike was flying.

Temp and low humidity could also have been a factor.

It was suggested, and I do it as much as I can, to buy gas from Chevron, so you get a little Techron in with your fuel, and keep your carbs clean, and the bike running nicely. On trips, it's which ever gas station is there, but I look for the Chevron first.

Then that 1/2 can of B-12 at the first new fuel tank of the year.

How much Berryman's to the fuel did you use?

As recommended. 1 oz per gallon. I also use ethanol free when possible.

I've been using TC-W3.  keeps everything clean and most important the carbs lubed. Have seen a consistent 1-2 mpg improvement.

You're putting 2 stroke oil in the gas?

yes, but has to be the TC-W3 spec'd oil. put it in my diesel also. It works. read the pages 1-7 of the link to see the ratio that must be used.
