Red or green? (Hint: There's no wrong answer!)

50 sunny degrees in S.E. Massachusetts today, so I had to take them both out for a stretch. Feels so good.  Fret no more, ladies and gentlemen, spring is finally here! Cool

PS: Like NY, NY (the city so good they named it twice,) I'll be taking opinions from the 1800 side of the house, too.

I thought you were preparing for Inzane in NM.

Red of Green, depends on what your having, I like them both but not together, they call that Christmas when you mix them. I think that each have their own flavor and don't want to screw that up mixing them together, yuk.
You will understand this if you spent any time in New Mexico or you are from here. Smiley

Both. I do like Christmas. But normally Red chile for breakfast and green chile for dinner. Here is a tip. When the waitor/waitress gets your drink order, ask for a sample or red and green chile. you may like one better than the other.  cooldude

Having lived where one could get true "South of the Boarder" food most of my life.  The question of whether Green or Red was a much debated topic.

I have found that I like Green more.   There was a hole in the wall place where I lived in WY that had the best Green I have ever tasted.  Most of the places since then don't compare.  BUT still go with Green.
