Plugs in the right side cover, what are they all for? - 2000 Valk Int

Here is an easy one for most.  As a newer owner I finally discovered these plugs.  Well, I can't seem to find the answer to this question, or a photo depiction.  There are several loose connectors inside the right side cover.  What are each of these for?

One large rubber plug with dust cap?
a second large rubber plug with dust cap?
3.5 mm single plug/jack?
Antennae cable (already plugged in)?
Black Square Connector with 4 wires ?
One flat clear connector with 3 wires (2 green, 1 red/yel)?
Two loose bullet style connectors (1 red, 1 blk)?

I'm specifically looking for the rear speaker harness to hook up speakers.  I'm assuming it's the black plug? 

I don't have a readable wiring diagram, what wire is + and - for each rear speaker?

Electrical Connections no longer has the required plug and play adapter for the rear speakers.  If anyone knows the part numbers or has one to give and or sell, I'd be happy to acquire it.

Without a picture, the easy one is the 3.5 is the aux input for the radio.

A couple are for the CB install.

Are these wires loose, or already have something plugged into them?

I'll look and edit if I find something.

The two big plugs with the dust caps would be for the intercom system.

I believe the large rubber plugs w/caps are (1 for CB and 1 for 6 CD Changer)
3.5 mm Single plug - Aux Input
Black square conn w/4 wires is the rear speakers
Flat Conn 3 wire - I think its for the CB

This is just from memory, but I think others will chime in.

GordonV - Thank you for the advice, I now have a manual.

My intercom has two leads, one on the fairing and one on the left side rear.  Both work so obviously they are plugged in.  Anyone know why there would be two additional large plugs under there?  On another thread someone said they might be for a CB?  Not sure why there would be a spare set. The small blade plug with wires...could that be power for a cb?

I have the aux jack and now the accessory figured out.

The 4 wire black plug must be for the rear speakers then I’m assuming?

3.5 mm single plug/jack?   AUX input for radio.  Plug anything in and will play when AUX selected

Antennae cable (already plugged in)?  Self Explanatory.  The antenna plus in here

Black Square Connector with 4 wires ? Rear speaker connection.  requires subharness

One flat clear connector with 3 wires (2 green, 1 red/yel)?   CB Tranceiver connection

Two loose bullet style connectors (1 red, 1 blk)?  Aux power.  This is switched 5amp power.  I use this to switch a high power relay for accessories

Electrical Connections no longer carries them nor does mother Honda.  I tried Ebay with no luck so far.

The one on Electrical Connection web site for the GL1800 will work, it has the 4 pin black plug that will fit the Valk.
