Oss…..stayed at the Parkway a few years ago and had a great time.  Remember a place at the entrance of the Parkway on Bronson Memorial Blvd (?) called Charley’s Steakhouse and had a good meal there but a little pricey but within walking distance of the resort.  Might be worth a try….

https://www.charleyssteakhouse.com/about/orlando/

IF you’re up for a little road trip head over to Tampa and try Bern’s Steakhouse - claims to be one of the top steak houses in the country but reservations are almost mandatory and hard to get.  We were in The Villages a couple of weeks ago and tried on March 12th to get a table for Sunday March 24 and were told they were already into June for reservations.  You might get lucky with a phone call.

Then of course there's always the Golden Corral Buffet down the street !

Welcome to Micky mouse town oss, if you like authentic ethnic food for a change there's a place around the corner from you called Jerusalem, its good food. Also bahama breeze is on the same street you're on CR535 for Carribbean food and great happy hour place. And a nice Brazilian steak house all you can eat meat and salads and dessert and appetizers called the knife On SR535, all kinds of meat to your temperature liking, they give you a chip and as long as you don't flip the chip down they keep feeding you

Well, Oss?
Guess you could always rent one of those Harley Moped things and come ride with us?
OR -  I think Jack may have enough bikes to spare as he keeps coming up with more. Whoops....cat's out of the bag now.
How did you like that volunteering, Jack?

It's a chain restaurant, but if you can find a Millers Ale House, the food is always fantastic.  Don't forget to order the Captain Jack's Buried Treasure for dessert!

Cheers!

I would also suggest a visit to Disney Springs. Lots of different restaurants and lots to see and do.
A nice place to walk around with different small vands/artists playing at different spots.

Enjoy your time here in the Orlando area.  If you like steak, there is a place on out West on Rt 192 called Manny's Chop House".  It will be on the left hand side heading West.  I have been there a few times and have always had good food there.  You may also see the new, not yet finished, Jimmy Buffet's  Margaritaville.  As mentioned previously, if you like variety, there are a few Golden Corral Buffets in the area and all up and down Rt 192 there are several places to eat, including Joe's Crab Shack.  Also, every Thursday night in Old Town in Kissimmee is Bike Night.  This is very close to where you are staying.  However, the last two weeks I have been there, there has only been a handful of bikes.  I was very disappointed.  But, I had the only Valk there and had the opportunity to show the nickel trick.  If you want to venture to downtown Orlando, the Ace Cafe has bike night every Thursday night as well.  Check out "https://www.acecafeusa.com/".  They have something different going on every night of the week.  Enjoy!

I was there around 9:00 and 10:00 both times.  It used to have tons of bikes there .  Weather permitting, I will try to be there this Thursday with my black 2000 Valk.
