I vacationed in Costa Rica last year. I saw only 1 Valkyrie during my 9 days there. Turned out to be a guy from Israel who was traveling from the States all the way down to the southern most point of South America.

Sorry to say but in all my time here I haven't heard of anyone active in your neck of the woods.

There are quite a few Valkyrie related Facebook sites that you might want to try.
