Payroll or Human Resources made a change at my company recently. Used to be as managers we got 9 paid holidays a year, didn’t matter when you took them, except you couldn’t take the actual holiday. Now evidently you must take them within 30 days either side. I had rat holed Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter. And had to use them. Had big plans for all these extra days off. But I’ve mostly done little.
Today I figured I’d give the bike and Brenda’s Miata a much needed bath. Got all my stuff ready and realize I’m out of soap.  tickedoff I didn’t really want to run to the store and I start looking around the garage. I spot a bottle of body wash that had been in there for years, who knows why ? I figured, WTH ? I’ll use Brenda’s Miata as a guinea pig. Seemed to be just fine. I might just switch to pomegranate/mango for good.  Smiley

That would mean you are no longer a Shade Tree Mechanic.

I bet! Frost bite would set in quickly if you let 'em sit in the snow too long!

your garage looks pretty organized to me.  If you rafters are like mine, you have a ton of stuff up there as well on 4x8 sheets of plywood....

why does your cycle look bigger than the miata??    Shocked

Dude, you're either brave or stupid Shocked

Your garage looks fine.  Looks like you use the same filing system I do.

I have an old out building that was used for storage while the new casa was being built. The attached garage still has lots of boxes from the move that are waiting for the head cook to decide upon which shelf to store them upon. It was agreed that the attached garage would not become a work space before I even started building the house.  The out building, which is in poor shape, now has space for my large ladies but forget trying to work on them in that building just yet. A lift for that out building is in the near future as well as a structural improvement.

Watch out for bees.  They may be attracted to the smell.

This time of year, I cannot leave my shed doors (or anything else) open because the yellow jackets are actively looking for new homes.  The little bustards.

Lemon pledge is also a bad idea at this time.
