Looks great. How does it change the way your bike handles?

Its a 130/60 front tire. The front end turns super light. Shocks are 12.5 inch.

The bars are made by Paul Yaffee in PHX. In a front crash, those sharp angles will rip your chest open as you fly through the windshield. Sorry; I'm a safety nerd.

Oh right! Is she raked too?! That's one of the nicest looking Valk builds I've ever seen How hard was getting a custom front fender? High speed wobble?

Yes I have a 6 degree rake on it. No, not Paul Yaffe bars. Yes little wobble but not due to the wheel. Was there prior.

Hey RUDE DOG, I'm really interested in how you added the additional rake on your bike, cut the frame, trees or what? Your picture is not showing.

If your getting any wobble on the front end. Try tightening the neck bearings so they have 7 pound of pull before they start moving. I use a fish scale to do mine.

Sorry for the million questions but can you also share what 12.5" shock you're using exactly? As well as your weight I wanted slightly lower, but couldn't find a spring rating in the 12.5" for my 200# ass

Worx shocks can make custom length for you based on your weight if you want.

Doesn't a "longer" rake combined with a larger diameter front wheel make for slower steering?

Here is my 97 with Daryl's 6 degree triple tree and 9.5" Progressive's on the back. It handles like a dream, way better than my stock IS. The front fender is a VTX fender which is a simple change over, you also need the VTX brackets. The headlight is also a VTX with Daryl's headlight extender.
