friend changed his O-rings on carb s   now has no spark..started once for about 15 sec   .will  turn over as it should (checked  battery for volts)Is getting  fuel.Just no spark..removed  cruise  from handle bar.Thats all he done  any Idea s   we are stumped;;Thanks guys.

Fully charged battery. Pull plugs and physically check spark. Check tip over switch

Make sure you check the battery draw while attempting to start it. These bike are very finicky about low voltage, if it tests low, usually a jump off a good known battery or jump pack will be all it needs.

You did this while everything was in the bike? Remove one intake tube, replaced o-ring and tube. Moved on to the next.

Not likely you did anything to the bike that would cause this. If you're sure no spark, then I would go to the battery. Jump from a known good source. A low battery will turn the engine over nicely, but not fire the sparklers.

You might have forgotten to reconnect a vacuum line, specifically the one to the petcock, usually from #6. Or a crack/break in the vacuum line.
