I recently bought a large lot of Valkyrie and other Honda parts and will be selling most of them.

I have received permission from Admin (Willow) to post this topic for the following purposes:

1. Ask for help with identification of parts.
2. Ask for help with establishing values for selling.
3. Gauge interest in parts so I know what is worth selling here on the forum.

The only thing I ask, out of respect for the forum rules, is please don’t turn this thread into a selling/buying thread. I know it’s walking a fine line since I’m asking for help in valuing items but I think everybody gets the idea - I’ll post stuff to the classifieds when it’s time.

As I gradually sort through things I will post items to this thread. I appreciate your guys’ help.

The purchase included what is left of the LaMonster bike... darn shame, not gonna say any more on that right now.
I have motors, heads, internals, etc.
I also have two supercharger setups and various ancillary parts for those. Nitrous stuff from the LaMonster and other nitrous parts.

For starters, will you guys help me out by confirming that this is a Viking exhaust system.
These pipes came off the LaMonster bike.

The silver-coloured ceramic coating on the headers matches what I remember from pictures of the Viking exhaust setup.

Thanks on the replies for the pipes, guys.
I was told they were Vikings and every picture I can find confirms the small details that make them Vikings. They were removed from the LaMonster bike and are in pretty darn good shape. Planning to list them in the Classifieds section soon.

Last I heard he was sick and his wife requested (quite understandably) that people stop posting his health status internet-wide. Haven’t heard much since then. If he were in better health I would for sure contact him and pick his brain about the parts of his bike I have!

Can anyone help me out with identifying these reservoir-like pieces from Bike Bike Parts?
I have a pair of them...

Sorry about Lamont...

I think the reservoir thing you have replaces the cap on the clutch and brake handlebar reservoirs. I think the
holes are for buttons that can control accessories... I'da guessed the buttons would have been part of the kits...

He made a long post on facebook today.

He is going back to DR. in a week. Going to request putting the liver transplant on hold. Going to continue on the the current meds and is showing some improvement.

Like anything old. Worth a lot to the right person and almost nothing to everybody else. (this may include Geezers like me).

they are used and might need to be rebuilt. I would think the manufacturer would give u the best answer.
