I love night time striper fishing. We would leave out of Westport and anchor just outside a rock formation. Then the hunt was on. Caught some really angry sharks sometimes. They and the stripers enjoy the same night time hunting areas.

I do love cooking striper, but black sea bass is my most versatile catch. I'll cook pretty much anything,but I still haven't found a recipe for bluefish that I really enjoy.
