Woke up and decided at 630 am to ride up to Lake George to check out getting some bike stuff on Saturday, the last day of Americade.  About 3 hrs each way.
Ended up getting the new Shoei II  modular helmet and the Sena communicator system. Quality aint cheap.  The vendor installed the Sena for me while I walked the vendor area next to the Lake.

That helmet is QUIET (yes I know caps lol) and when the vent on top is open you actually can feel the wind   How do they do that?  Will see how I enjoy listening to music from my phone with the bluetooth soon enough and being able to take phone calls will help me avoid those long breaks at rest stops on the Yooper ride.

Also had some extra keys made for both my Valk and the police Bmw bike.

Sure wish I was at Inzane but how often can a man watch his son marry a good woman?

Let me know who gets the pies   angel

Made it home by 4pm just in time to mow the lawn and take a nap

I bought the Neotec II about a year ago and agree on the quietness of the helmet. Also have the Sena installed in mine and cannot find a single thing bad about the set-up.
You will love it!

I was busy but I would have loved to have taken the ride with you!
BTW I have a set of Sena communicators they work great no one even has a clue I'm on the bike when I'm using the phone.  Music sounds great as well just make sure you keep the volume low or you won't be able to hear necessary traffic sounds like a horn or FIRE TRUCK don't ask me how I know this, let's just say I learned this almost 40 years ago.
I haven't tried it yet but I believe you can link to another rider to use them as an intercom simply by shaking the device near one another.  We will have to try this next time I see you.  If you want go for a ride after work sometime let me know, my weekends are I'm my boat in Stamford so I'm not around much this time of year.
