Several years ago I bought a low boy seat from Des at Ultimate seats ,but it didn't quite feel right and I asked Des if he had something else. He was just coming out with the Big Boy seat and told me he would send one out PDQ. This was back when we had to send a seat pan in exchange. Well, the BB was exactly what I needed and I was a happy camper until the locking tab broke off. I called Des to see if he had any ideas on repair at which time he told me to box up the seat and send to him. He also said he would fix it under warranty. Now this seat wasn't even close to being under warranty but I received the seat back today, with a new seat pan and no charge for the fix.

You just can't beat good customer service. The only affiliation I have with Des is that I'm a happy customer!
