In my signature I have a map of the states I have visited or ridden through. The state in the upper-left hand corner has eluded me for years now. Next week however I am taking a 1,400 mile ride to take care of that. I leave next Monday, August 5th. Wish me luck.

Route subject to change! Monday (286 miles / 5.5 hrs) - Highway 50 west out of Pueblo to Grand Junction. Tuesday (570 miles / 9.5 hrs) - I-70 west to Green River. - North on 191 to Provo + Grab a bit and say hi to a friend - I-15 north to I-84 and into Idaho - Stay in Twin Falls Wednesday (637 miles / 10 hrs) - I-82 north to Highway 97 to jump on Highway 2! - Highway 2 into Monroe, WA |

Like Dusty said...if you have the time, head up #9 from Monroe and do #20 through the Cascades...you won't regret it. Heck, you might even nip across the border while you're up there for a bit to check off a "Province" on your map  Safe travels... |

Bruce, I am excited too. I will be doing this ride for work, electing to take the bike rather than deal with airlines, car rentals, etc.. I won't have the privileged of leisure getting there, but am working on a couple of things to extend the ride to visit friends and co-workers on the ride back. |
