Since I bought the ST1300 I've had my Valkyrie out a few times..  You still can't beat the Valkyrie for cruising!  Once I got on the highway I felt the smooth acceleration and the straight line tracking that I still miss.  Both bikes have their place.  Running errands around town and short trips for the ST but if I could cruise more I would choose the Valkyrie.
I've tried my hand again trying to spruce up the looks on the Valkyrie, left the side bags and cut the fenders down a bit.  Not a professional job by far but it kept me busy over the winter,
New photo posting site so I might have to try a couple of times.

When did you paint your Valk?

And Joe Boyd said, "Let there be Valkyrie".  And it was good.

I like Postimage. At the top of your picture there is a share icon. Click or tap on it and it gives you multiple options for posting. Hotlink for forums is the one to click on for here then it’s just copy and paste.

You did whittle on that fender some!
