I'll say. I remember burning through the panhandle and all the way to Guthrie one day
past miles and miles of wind farms (they only make those where there's lots of wind!) ...

The next day we  went through the country south of Tulsa and north of Oklahoma city,
much more better.

I met Nogrey in Enid , riding up from Disco Daves house.  Yes we had to get out of OK so we took 412 right through no mans land (the OK panhandle.
We stopped and visited the Capulin Volcano in NM then on to the Highway of the Legends from Trinidad Co to LaVeta CO.. Up and over Monarch Pass to Durango riding the Million Dollar 550 stopping in Silverton.
From there we went thru Delta then over the Grand Mesa .
We rode up thru Dinosaur. Co.
From Vernal Ut we rook the Flaming Gorge Hwy up to Green River Wy.
It was a great ride.  We certainly enjoyed it and I know you would have too had you been riding along with us.

Yes. Shipped my bike to him for a July GLH mod. Flew out to pick her up. Met Whooray in Enid. After the Oklahoma panhandle, things began to get really interesting (got to practice turning the front wheel for example). I will say that the ride through no man’s land proved to be very interesting after the fact. I researched the history of the panhandle and found it to have a very rich history, especially before it became part of Oklahoma. One of the things I enjoy about traveling in general.

One of two states in the lower 48 I have never put two wheels into. Drove through Oklahoma once in a cage, maybe that is part of why I have never returned? I doubt it since any place is better on two wheels, even Nebraska.  Evil

Hey. Saw your comment regarding my video. I certainly am no professional, but my intentions are to give a short view of an event in such a way as to not bore folks. Sorry you didn’t like it, and even more sorry that you felt the need to insult me. If your intention was to hurt my feelings, you have succeeded. Congratulations.  Hopefully your life isn’t as negative as the person you seem to convey in your comments. Especially against one in a group of fellow riders.
May all your experiences riding be better than you feel mine are.
Be well.
