I have a set of stainless slash cuts stacks, they were custom made for a Valkyrie with glass packs. It has the mounting on it to bolt up to the bike. Question is, would these work with a stock exhaust? I realize the mount would have to get cut off the stock can.

Are those just (18") tips, or full length stacks?

You have to grind the tabs off that hold the stock chrome covers on and cut a slot so the stack can slide over the mounting bolts.

I thought the stock pipes required 4" truck stacks. Yours look to measure at 4 and 3/8's ?
